Public operations briefing

A seated working session that turns inspection backlogs, permit queues, and crew hours into a briefing pack a department can read aloud at a council session.

Notes and printed tables spread across a meeting table

Who it is for

Municipal clerks, public-works directors, and records officers who must answer for published wait times and field activity.

What you leave with

A numbered briefing pack, a wall chart of open work orders, and a local copy of the figures that can be kept on a department workstation.

Scope

One department or one published programme (for example building permits, road patching, or food inspections) for a single reporting period.

Included

  • Reconciliation of the live queue against the last published notice
  • A two-hour seated briefing with the named officer
  • Printed and local-file copies of the operations dashboard for that programme
  • A one-page speaking note for the next public meeting

Not included

  • Custody of funds, wallets, or private keys
  • Transaction execution or investment advice
  • Hosting of a public website or a shared cloud account
  • Legal representation at hearings

Who does the work

A Releasepathcore analyst who has previously sat with permit counters and inspection desks, not a remote software account manager.

How the sitting runs

  1. The department names the programme and the last public notice.
  2. Source lists (work orders, stamp books, crew sheets) are read in the office.
  3. Mismatches are marked on paper before any chart is drawn.
  4. The briefing is delivered in the same room; questions are answered against the source lists.

Time

Ten working days from receipt of the source lists; the seated briefing lasts two hours.

Where

On site at the department office, or at a records room the department nominates. Figures remain on a local workstation; nothing is held in custody by Releasepathcore.

What to prepare

Bring the last three published notices, the current open-work-order list, and one officer who can explain exceptions.

Limits

We do not alter official records. We annotate copies. If a figure cannot be traced to a source list, it is shown as untraced, not estimated.

Fee basis

From 1,850 GEL for a single programme and one reporting period. Travel outside Tbilisi is quoted separately.
