What moves a quote
Missing tray dates in a permit book add time because hatched bars still have to be drawn and explained. A depot that keeps sheets in weekly bundles rather than daily clips adds a sorting morning. A hearing room with a deep gallery needs larger boards, which is a print cost, not a different method.
