A wall-sized chart of overdue food, building, and fire inspections, drawn from the inspector’s own stamp book rather than from a summary spreadsheet.
This piece of work sits beside the public operations briefing. It can be commissioned on its own when a department already knows which source list is in dispute, or it can follow a briefing when the sitting shows that one object — the stamp book, the depot sheet, or the inspector’s list — needs its own chart.
